Synthropia Mail · early access
Business email on your own domain, with an AI that clears the inbox.
Private email for small teams: your address, encrypted at rest, a fast app for the browser and your phone, and an AI assistant that sorts, drafts and books. We're opening it to a small group first.
What you get
Your domain, your addresses
you@yourcompany.com, plus aliases and shared inboxes like hello@ or office@ — with thread assignment and internal notes.
An AI that does the inbox work
It sorts mail into inquiries, bookings, urgent and spam, and drafts replies from your price list and rules. You just approve.
Private by default
Message content, attachments and sent mail are encrypted at rest. No ads, and no reading your mail to profile you.
Threads that read like chat
A whole conversation in one view. Undo send, scheduled send, snooze, labels and rules.
In the browser and on your phone
Install the app on iPhone or Android straight from the site, with push notifications for new mail.
Ready for AI agents
A sending API, webhooks and service accounts are there today. An MCP server for AI agents is planned.
What it doesn't do (yet)
- No IMAP. At launch you can't connect Outlook, Apple Mail or Thunderbird — you use our app. If that's a dealbreaker, tick the box in the form.
- It isn't end-to-end encrypted like Proton. Mail is encrypted at rest, but search and the AI need access to the content.
- It runs on Cloudflare. Your domain needs to use Cloudflare DNS (free) — we'll walk you through the move.
- It's early access. A small team, onboarding in batches. Pricing isn't final yet.
For agencies and IT providers
Email for your clients, under your brand
Already look after your clients' websites and domains? Give them AI email under your own logo and address, managed from one panel.
- The app with your logo, colours and address.
- One admin panel for every client domain.
- Billed per domain, not per mailbox.
We're looking for a few agencies to pilot it. Pick “agency” in the form below.

Three minutes. We also ask about price and your current provider — that decides what we build first.
