Synthropia

For insurance agents

You're with a client. The next one still gets answered.

When you're advising, Synthropia answers, takes the policy type and claim details, books the appointment into your calendar and texts a confirmation.

Tonight at 21:47

  1. 21:47 A caller wants car insurance before buying tomorrow. You're done for the day.
  2. 21:47 Synthropia answers, takes vehicle, driver history and start date.
  3. 21:48 It books Wednesday 11:00 for the quote, explains what documents to bring, and texts the confirmation.
  4. 21:49 The appointment is in your calendar with the intake notes.
  5. 08:00 You see the call, the recording and the transcript in your dashboard.

Why agents lose clients on the phone

Clients call when you're advising others.

Advice takes full attention

A policy review needs focus — and the phone rings mid-sentence. Let it ring and they call the next agent.

Claims can't wait

After a bump, people call immediately. Someone calm has to take the facts and say what happens next.

Renewals bunch up

Deadlines cluster. Evening callers about renewals book wherever answers first.

What it handles

The calls your agency takes every day

  • Quote appointments booked with policy type and facts pre-collected.
  • Claim intakes — what happened, when, policy number — noted for your team, never assessed.
  • Renewal questions from your own process information.
  • Rescheduling so freed slots get filled.
  • Text confirmations with time and document checklist.
  • Existing-client messages taken properly and flagged.

What it won't do

Where it stops

  • It doesn't advise on coverage or assess claims.
  • It doesn't quote premiums — only books the quote appointment.
  • It doesn't pretend to be human.
  • Distressed claimants become a priority message for your team.

Intake questions and escalation rules are set with you during setup.

Run your own numbers

What do missed calls cost your business?

Move the sliders to match your business. Nothing here is our claim — it's your estimate, made visible.

Busy line, lunch break, after hours. Your phone system's missed-call log will tell you.

As opposed to a quick question you'd answer later.

Callers who don't leave a voicemail or call back.

Use a typical first appointment. A new customer is usually worth far more over time, but let's be conservative.

Case study

Real results, when they're real

Our first paying customers are dental clinics. An insurance case study comes once an agency approves it. Not before.

Insurance FAQ

Does it sell policies or quote premiums?
No — it books the quote appointment and pre-collects the facts you need. Advice and quotes stay with your licensed team.
What does it do with a claim call?
It takes the facts calmly — what happened, when, policy number, contact — books or flags the follow-up, and never assesses the claim. Urgent-sounding calls escalate to your team.
Can it book into our calendar?
Yes — Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook both work, and we can build a bespoke integration for your agency software. Tell us what you use and we'll say honestly how long it takes.
Is client data handled securely?
In the EU and UK we sign a written agreement including a DPA, and you control recording and transcript retention. We have a DPA template and a sub-processor list — ask us and we'll send them.
Which languages does it speak?
Polish and English in production, plus Ukrainian, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Cantonese and Mandarin tested with real callers. Ask about your client base.
Will callers accept an AI?
It says it's an AI, takes the details fast and gets them booked. For someone buying a car tomorrow, a booked quote beats voicemail.
Do we keep our number?
Yes. Forward the calls you can't take — advising, lunch, after hours.
