Synthropia

For salons & beauty

Your hands are busy. Your phone still gets answered.

While you're with a client, Synthropia books, moves and confirms appointments — with the right stylist and service — and texts a reminder so fewer people no-show.

Tonight at 21:47

  1. 21:47 A client wants Saturday morning with Anna. You're closed.
  2. 21:47 Synthropia answers, checks Anna's Saturday slots, offers 10:00 or 12:30.
  3. 21:48 The client picks 10:00 for cut and colour. It notes allergies and past formula from your notes.
  4. 21:49 The client gets a text confirmation. The booking is in your calendar.
  5. 08:00 Your team sees the call, the recording and the transcript in your dashboard.

Why salons lose bookings

Clients call when you're with clients.

Mid-haircut ringing

Foils in, phone ringing. Let it ring and she books across the street; answer it and the colour overprocesses.

Saturday fills first

Weekend slots are gold and go to whoever answers first — usually in the evening, when you're closed.

No-shows cost twice

An empty chair plus a client who would have taken it. Reminders cut them; nobody has time to send them.

What it handles

The calls your salon takes every day

  • Bookings with stylist and service into real free slots — cut, colour, nails, massage.
  • Moves and cancellations, with freed slots offered to the waitlist logic you set.
  • Price and duration questions from your own price list.
  • Aftercare and preparation notes — allergy check, what to bring, how long it takes.
  • Text confirmations and reminders before the visit.
  • Product and gift-card questions answered from your information, or taken as messages.

What it won't do

Where it stops

  • It doesn't recommend treatments for medical conditions.
  • It doesn't make up prices or promise outcomes.
  • It doesn't pretend to be human.
  • Complaints and reactions become a priority message for your team.

Services, stylists, durations and reminder timing are set with you during setup.

Run your own numbers

What do missed calls cost your business?

Move the sliders to match your business. Nothing here is our claim — it's your estimate, made visible.

Busy line, lunch break, after hours. Your phone system's missed-call log will tell you.

As opposed to a quick question you'd answer later.

Callers who don't leave a voicemail or call back.

Use a typical first appointment. A new customer is usually worth far more over time, but let's be conservative.

Case study

Real results, when they're real

Our first paying customers are dental clinics. A salon case study — bookings, no-shows, refills — comes once a salon approves it. Not before.

Salon FAQ

Can it book with a specific stylist?
Yes — you define services, stylists and durations, and the assistant books into real free slots. If Anna's full, it offers the next free slot with her or an earlier one with someone else — your rules.
Does it reduce no-shows?
Every booking gets a text confirmation, and you choose the reminder timing. We won't invent a percentage — but every salon knows confirmed clients show up more.
Can it take cancellations at night?
Yes — and that's the point. A Saturday cancellation at 22:00 becomes a freed slot you can refill in the morning, instead of an empty chair.
What about prices?
From your price list only. If a caller asks for something custom, the assistant takes a message for you to quote.
Which languages does it speak?
Polish and English in production, plus Ukrainian, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Cantonese and Mandarin tested with real callers. Salon clients are often international — ask about your languages.
Will clients accept an AI?
It says it's an AI, books fast and texts the confirmation. For a client who wants Saturday, a booked slot beats hold music.
Do we keep our number?
Yes. Forward the calls you can't take — mid-appointment, lunch, after hours.
